The Channel Partner will be responsible for driving sales through broker networks, real estate agents, and channel partners. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and achieving monthly sales targets for real estate projects.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers to promote company projects.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits with brokers and clients.
Ensure partners are trained and updated about project details, pricing, and offers.
Generate qualified leads through the channel network and close sales effectively.
Manage daily MIS reports, track leads, and follow up on client status.
Support marketing events, exhibitions, and channel partner meet-ups.
Maintain a strong relationship with real estate consultants, IPCs, and local agents.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for smooth operations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking in the real estate market.
Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate preferred.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Ability to handle multiple channel partners simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales / Marketing / Real Estate Management.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales.
Candidates from Real Estate Developers / Channel Partner Background preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
