Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of real estate
presales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate presales, the ability to
drive team performance to meet. The Team Leader will be responsible for training, and motivating
team members while ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and support a team of real estate presales agents to achieve targets.
2. Train, and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversions to achieve targets.
4. Ensure exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
5. Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate presales (3+ years preferred)t
• Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Basic computer applications and MS Office
