Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring logistics are in place.
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up notes in Sell.so CRM.
Track communication history and update lead status regularly.
Follow up with undecided leads and keep them engaged.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Share feedback with marketing on lead quality.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead activity and follow-ups.
