Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential buyers over the phone, understand their property requirements, and guide them through available real estate options. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective buyers and investors regarding residential and/or commercial properties.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable property options.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and maintain engagement through regular communication.
• Assist clients in scheduling site visits, explaining project details, and clarifying queries about property features, pricing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, sales, real estate, or a target-driven sales role is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
