Core Pre-Sales Executive – Client Acquisition Focus
We are hiring Pre-Sales Executives to drive client acquisition for our IT services portfolio (website development, mobile apps, digital marketing). Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and initiate conversations with potential clients, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team for closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and qualify new client leads through channels such as email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
· Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in web, app, and digital marketing services.
· Initiate and nurture conversations with prospects, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
· Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate interest and set up sales meetings.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
· Manage pre-sales documentation (RFPs, RFIs) and maintain accurate CRM records.
· Analyze competitor offerings and provide feedback to improve service portfolios.
· Ensure all qualified leads are effectively transitioned to the sales team.
Requirements
· 2–3 years’ experience in IT pre-sales or sales (web, mobile, digital marketing).
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or business administration preferred.
· Proficiency in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
· Strong communication skills to articulate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset to assess client needs and market trends.
· Experience managing campaigns across WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
· ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (DOE)
