• Documentation: Prepared, compiled, and submitted comprehensive technical & financial proposals, ensuring standardization and compliance.

• Coordination: Liaised with Sales, Engineering, QA/QC, Production, and Finance teams to gather information and harness efforts.

• Compliance: Ensured all submissions met regulatory, company, and tender-specific requirements; handled tender registration/payments.

• Follow-up: Tracked bid statuses, responded to queries, and followed up on payments/order execution.

• Reporting: Maintained accurate records, MIS, and reported on tender performance.
