Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Key Account Manager – Operations to manage and coordinate interactions between vendors and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure all operational activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), oversee the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for both vendors and clients.
· Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
· Monitor and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
· Track and report progress on key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
· Use Excel to maintain records, analyse data, and create simple reports.
· Regularly follow up on deliverables and escalate issues as necessary.
· Maintain professional and effective communication with stakeholders.
· Handle basic documentation and maintain operational files.
Requirements:
· Decent communication skills.
· Good knowledge of Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.).
· Must have a laptop and be comfortable using it for daily tasks.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Is open to work in nights and longer hours.
· Previous experience in operations or client/vendor coordination is a plus.
