We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Executive to support the sales team with critical backend operations, process improvement, reporting, and coordination activities. This role ensures smooth functioning of sales processes and plays a key role in achieving business targets.
Support the sales team by managing sales data, dashboards, and reports.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics (e.g., targets vs. achievements).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
Maintain CRM and update customer data regularly.
Monitor sales order flow and escalate delays or issues for resolution.
Support incentive calculations and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for sales processes.
Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Consumer Goods (if applicable).
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
