We are looking for an Online Sales Executive to join our team

This role involves acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products/services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the core responsibilities.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5500 – ₹13500, along with performance-based incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Work on platforms like Etsy, eBay, Alibaba, and IndiaMART — handling listings, customer chats, lead conversion, and order management.

• Promote and sell gemstone beads, loose gemstones, and gemstone jewelry effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0.5 – 6+ years

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to close deals and handle negotiations confidently

• Proficiency in Lead Generation is an added advantage

• Must have knowledge of gemstones, gemstone beads, and gemstone jewelry

• Experience working on online marketplaces like Etsy, eBay, Alibaba, and IndiaMART is required

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
