Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to cross-sell/up-sell financial products.
Collect required documents, verify details, and ensure smooth application processing.
Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred for senior roles).
Experience: 1–3 years in loan sales or financial services (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
