About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal, OD, and BT loan products

Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits

Understand customer needs and offer tailored loan solutions

Assist clients through the entire loan application process

Meet and exceed sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial sales or loan products preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
