We are looking for a Loan sales team leader to join our team at Sp Absolute Financial Services. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills, team managment skill is an added advantage.
