Job Description - Loan Sales Officer.
Identify and source potential customers for loan products.
Generate leads through referrals, tele calling, and digital platforms.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment structures to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents including KYC, income proofs, bank statements, and other required documents.
Ensure all cases meet eligibility and compliance norms before submission.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure smooth processing of loan cases.
Follow up with customers for approvals, disbursement, and documentation completion.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / LOS systems.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Ensure zero tolerance for fake documents, misrepresentation, or policy deviations.
