We are looking for International Telecaller / Voice Process Executive with for one of our Reputed MNC client.

Exp Level - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

🕓 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from office)

📍 Location: Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad

Joining timelines - immediate to 15 Days

Salary Range: upto ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses every month

Working Days: 5.5-day work week with weekend half-day

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international calls.

Present products/services clearly and manage objections effectively.

Build rapport and identify customer needs to provide suitable solutions.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.

Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet business goals.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with night shifts and flexible timings

Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude

Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
