Marketing Operations Specialist – Logistics Company
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Process & Project Management
Develop, document, and optimize marketing workflows and standard operating procedures for campaigns, content, events, and lead management.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, product, and customer service teams.
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and task tracking to ensure on-time execution.
2. Marketing Technology & Automation
Implement automation workflows for email nurturing, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
Ensure integration between CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing systems.
3. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, ROI, and funnel performance.
Build dashboards and reports for leadership—highlighting trends in customer acquisition, industry demand, and logistics market segments.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
4. Lead Management
Manage end-to-end lead processes from capture to handoff to sales.
Define lead qualification criteria and support alignment between marketing and sales teams.
Improve conversion rates and monitor pipeline health.
5. Content & Campaign Support
Support development and distribution of email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and industry insights.
Coordinate digital ad campaigns targeting shippers, manufacturers, e-commerce clients, and supply chain partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all logistics service lines (freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, last-mile, etc.).
6. Vendor & Budget Management
Manage marketing-related third-party vendors, agencies, and tools.
Track and optimize marketing budgets, spend, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3Years years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing analytics.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B industries preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills;
Excellent organizational, communication, and project-management abilities.
