Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients across industries who require staffing & recruitment services.
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Use lead generation tools and CRM to manage, track, and update leads.
Candidates must have knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator – for prospecting & lead generation, Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha / RocketReach – for extracting verified contact details.
Work closely with the Sales/BD team to convert leads into meetings and opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
