Key Responsibilities
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
2.Develop and execute onboarding plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
3.Initiate outbound communication (calls, emails, messages) to prospective clients.
4.Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
5.Ensure all client documentation, agreements, and account setups are completed accurately and timely.
