Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients. Your mission? Understand client needs, offer tailor-made merchandise solutions, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and pitch Hotmuggs products to corporate clients and bulk buyers.
Understand client requirements in detail to provide customized merchandise and gifting solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in sync with client expectations.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with smart planning and consistent follow-ups.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and top-notch service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (experience in merchandising or gifting is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with ease.
A passion for smart design and a great eye for detail.
