Position : Business Development Executive (BDE) – Client Handling
Salary : Open to Discuss (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)
Experience : 1–3 Years (Recruitment / Staffing industry preferred)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timing : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Generate client leads for Technical and Non-Technical staffing through LinkedIn, job portals, email
campaigns, cold calling, and references
Identify and approach IT companies, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, startups, corporates, MSMEs,
and service-based organizations
Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and online meeting platforms
Explain AMPUG Solutions’ recruitment & staffing services, including: Technical Hiring and Non-
Technical Hiring
Understand client requirements and discuss feasibility with Recruiter Manager and Recruiters
Negotiate commercials, payment terms, and finalize standard commercial agreements
Prepare and manage NDA, MSA, and onboarding documentation
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to recruitment teams
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat requirements
Track leads, closures, and client communication using CRM or internal trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong client handling and negotiation skills
Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring processes
Ability to coordinate effectively with recruiters and managers
Strong follow-up, documentation, and relationship management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred
Experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firm is an added advantage
