About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager (Voice Process), you will be responsible for managing seller accounts on a leading e-commerce platform. Your goal will be to track performance, resolve seller concerns, and help them grow their business on the platform through proactive support and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Handle inbound and outbound calls with sellers

2.Monitor and track order performance metric

3.Identify reasons for low or no order flow and suggest improvements

4.Assist sellers with pricing, listings, and visibility enhancements

5.Guide new sellers through onboarding and training

6.Liaise with internal teams to resolve seller queries and issues
