Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager (Voice Process), you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. This role is ideal for graduates with a knack for sales and client servicing, especially those who are analytical and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business accounts through voice-based support.

• Apply sales and customer service strategies to retain and grow accounts.

• Perform data management, track performance metrics, and handle P&L-level calculations.

• Work in rotational day shifts (6 days a week with 1 rotational off).

• Operate from the designated office location in Shivajinagar, Bangalore.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience for graduate students OR MBA (Freshers with MBA can apply).

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales acumen and thought process.

• Comfort with basic financial calculations like profit & loss.
