Key Account Manager (KAM)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or

• MBA Fresher

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory

• Versant Level: 4

Work Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Shift Timing: Rotational (between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM – any 9-hour shift)

• Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

• Work Mode: Work from Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with sellers and vendors.

• Act as a single point of contact between the sellers and internal teams.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and pricing to drive revenue growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product listing, cataloging, promotions, and inventory management.

• Ensure timely resolution of seller queries and operational issues.

• Review and share performance reports and insights with sellers to improve business outcomes.

• Support in planning and executing sales campaigns, discounts, and offers.

• Maintain accurate and updated data related to seller performance and transactions.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and mathematical skills during daily operations.

• Deliver excellent customer and client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
