About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Sales Trainee to join our Staff Augmentation team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT sales and resource/staff augmentation services. You will be trained and guided by experienced professionals to understand client requirements, IT workforce needs, and end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the IT staff augmentation business model, service offerings, and target market.

• Assist senior sales team members in lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities.

• Work on identifying prospective clients, gathering their requirements, and aligning suitable IT talent for their needs.

• Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and reports.

• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand resource availability and match it with client requirements.

• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Continuously learn about market trends, IT technologies, and competitor activities.

  Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and IT staffing concepts.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
