We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with prospects, understand our certification training process, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This is a target-driven role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, especially in English, and a passion for sales in the education & training industry.
Call all assigned leads on a daily basis and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Understand each prospect’s requirements and guide them toward suitable certification programs.
Present and explain the entire Will2Skill Technologies training process, including courses, benefits, pricing, and exam support.
Convert leads into admissions by building trust and addressing objections confidently.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead details in Excel Sheet.
Update call status, follow-up dates, and enrollment information accurately.
Ensure timely communication with hot/warm leads to maximize conversions.
Communicate fluently in English (speaking & understanding is mandatory).
Build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Provide clear information about certification options such as PMP, AWS, ITIL, CISA, CEH, CISM, etc.
Submit daily call reports and conversion summaries to management.
Coordinate with training and operations teams for student onboarding.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Good understanding of IT certifications, training programs, or willingness to learn.
Ability to understand and explain the complete Will2Skill process.
Must be comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel).
Previous experience in EdTech or IT training sales is a plus.
