Job Title: IT Sales Executive / IT Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell IT products, solutions, or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Present and promote IT products and services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate technical solutions.

• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for proposals, demos, and quotations.

• Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

• Stay updated on company products, services, and IT market trends.

• Attend product trainings, webinars, and industry events.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

• 0–1 years of experience in IT sales or technical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
