Job Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Catalog Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring content accuracy, resolving catalog-related issues & maintaining marketplace compliance across Amazon, Walmart & other eCommerce platforms.

Requirements:

• Create, upload & manage product listings on Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Walmart, eBay, Shopify & other marketplaces

• Handle parent-child (variation) listings & bulk uploads using flat files

• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions & keywords for SEO & performance

• Troubleshoot suppressed or inactive listings & resolve catalog errors

• Coordinate with the design team to upload A+ Content, Brand Story & infographics

• Monitor & update product data to ensure accuracy, consistency & compliance

• Perform competitor analysis & keyword research

• Maintain catalog hygiene by auditing listings regularly

• Work closely with the Account Management team to support client goals.
