We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Travel Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you won't just "sell packages"—you will act as a personal travel architect for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their dream holidays, curating bespoke itineraries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from inquiry to return.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Sales: Handle inbound leads and walk-in clients to understand their travel requirements, budget, and preferences. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Itinerary Curation: Design end-to-end holiday packages (Domestic & International), including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Costing & Quotations: Prepare accurate cost sheets and competitive quotations. Negotiate with DMCs and hoteliers to get the best rates.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for the client, building long-term relationships for repeat business.
Operations: Assist with visa documentation guidance, flight issuance, and travel insurance.
Education & Certifications (The "New Age" Requirement)
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree: BBA/MBA in Tourism & Travel Management, B.A. in History/Geography, or any Graduate degree with a passion for travel.
Diploma: Optional Diploma in Travel & Tourism, IATA Foundation Course, or Aviation & Hospitality Management.
Technical Certifications (Preferred)
GDS Certification: Hands-on proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly valued for ticketing roles.
IATA Certification: An IATA/IATAN ID card or valid IATA certification is a strong plus.
"New Age" Specialist Badges (Big Plus)
Destination Specialist Certificates: Valid certifications from tourism boards (e.g., Aussie Specialist, Switzerland Travel Expert, Dubai Expert, Kiwi Specialist).
Cruiseline Training: Certification from Royal Caribbean, Costa, or similar cruise academies.
Required Skills
Destination Knowledge: Strong geography knowledge of popular destinations (Thailand, Dubai, Europe, Bali, Maldives, Kashmir, Kerla, Gujarat, Goa etc.).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (for costing) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi, other language is a plus).
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, negotiation skills, and a "customer-first" attitude.
