Handle 100+ inbound sales calls per day from US customers.
Engage with potential clients professionally and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.
Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
Record all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Work closely with the team to achieve collective goals.
Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process or call centre operations.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in BPO / US sales / financial services preferred.
Knowledge of stockbroking or financial markets is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
Strong sales closing and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure and target-driven environments.
Active listening, customer empathy, and service orientation.
Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.
Willingness to work night shifts (US process).
Confidence in handling high-volume calls (100+).
Goal-orientated attitude with a focus on performance and quality.

Minimum: High School Diploma / 12th Pass
