Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off & All Sundays Off)

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, presenting tender-alert services, and closing subscription deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic and international prospects.

• Explain tender solutions and demonstrate their value.

• Prepare quotations, follow up diligently, and close deals.

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

• Collaborate with marketing to tailor offerings and provide market feedback.

Minimum Qualification:

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Fresher or 6 months to 3 years experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Age: 18-35 years.

• Both male and female candidates.

Required Experience:

• Freshers with strong aptitude welcomed.

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
