Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)
with experience in international BPO processes, specifically sales . The candidate will be
responsible for acquiring business, handling client communication, and achieving assigned
sales targets through effective outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business leads and acquire new clients.
Perform outbound calling and follow-ups for international BPO processes.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and close deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Adhere to company sales policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of experience in international BPO or outbound sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn incentives.
