Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Identification – Utilize market research, networking, and online tools to identify potential B2B leads.
Prospect Outreach – Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build relationships.
Database Management – Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools for seamless tracking and follow-ups.
Lead Nurturing – Develop rapport with prospects, provide insights, and guide them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Sales Team – Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to convert leads into revenue.
Performance Tracking – Monitor lead conversion metrics and provide reports to improve strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication to engage and persuade potential clients.
Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and target audience effectively.
Tech & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with lead management tools, Excel, and CRM software.
Result-Oriented Mindset: Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
