Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote insurance
products.
Explain policy coverage, benefits, terms, and conditions in a clear, customerfriendly
manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Handle queries, objections, and follow up to close enrollments.
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets and quality metrics.
Stay uptodate on product features and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
About 1 year of experience in insurance sales, telecalling, or related outbound
calling roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident on phone.
Ability to simplify and explain policy terms to customers.
Basic computer skills; experience using a CRM is preferred.
Customeroriented, goaldriven, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation or insurance/sales certifications are a
plus.
