📝 Job Summary

We are hiring Insurance Sales Executives for a domestic voice process. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and interested in insurance sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📲 Make outbound calls to customers for insurance products

🎯 Achieve sales targets as per process guidelines

👂 Ticket-based calling

🗂️ Maintain basic call updates and follow compliance standards

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills

🌐 Insurance sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

💻 Basic computer knowledge

🎓 Graduates only ( Diploma not allowed)

🌟 Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 CTC:

• Freshers – ₹25,000

• Experienced – Up to ₹40,000

📈 Incentives applicable as per performance

🏢 Structured training & growth opportunities

⏰ Work Details

✔ Day shifts only after training

✔ 6 days working in a week

✔ Training upto 1 month

❌ No cab facility

❌ No overtime
