We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Term Insurance Advisors (Telecallers) to join our sales team.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining term life insurance benefits, and helping them choose the right protection plan for their family’s future.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and explain various term insurance plans.
Educate customers about the importance of life protection and coverage.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
Handle objections and convince customers to complete the policy purchase.
Maintain proper lead records and follow up regularly.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with team leaders and update sales performance reports.
🧠 Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing ability (Hindi/English).
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to explain financial products in simple language.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Positive attitude and strong desire to achieve targets.
