Inside Sales - Executive (IND Shift)
Location: On-site, Bengaluru
Compensation: ₹2.5 – ₹6 LPA + Lucrative Monthly Incentives
Shift: US Shift | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST || Working days : Mon - Sat
Reports to : Senior Manager - Sales work experience : 2-5 years

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our Indian enterprise business. You’ll own the complete sales cycle from engaging leads to closing deals and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale our business impact..

You’ll fit right in if you have:
6 months to 5 years of international sales experience (preferably with a product or EdTech company)
Proven success in B2B or B2C sales and lead conversion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and achievement
Strong tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a huge plus!)
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
Driving lead generation and business development for B2C and B2B clients in India Converting high-quality leads generated by our marketing and lead-gen teams into successful business opportunities.
Managing and expanding existing accounts with a focus on recurring revenue and long-term partnerships. Building and nurturing strong client relationships with key and strategic accounts Consistently achieving and exceeding sales metrics — input activities, conversion ratios, and revenue targets Collaborating with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership teams to optimize growth strategies Maintaining CRM hygiene and leveraging tools like Salesforce to streamline your sales process
