Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base in the Delhi/ NCR region. Your responsibilities will include:
1) Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into paying customers through effective sales techniques.
2) Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3) Managing the entire sales cycle from making proposals, lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales targets.
4) Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
5) Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
6) Preparing accurate sales reports and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
7) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8) Experience with CRM software (a plus)
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related field (preferred).
2) Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5) A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
6) Knowledge of the automation industry is a plus.
