Inside Sales Executive (Follow-up & Closures)
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 2–10 years in B2B/Technical Sales
Education: Graduate / MBA Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
● Follow up on qualified leads shared by the Lead Generation team and handle
incoming inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
● Understand customer requirements, technical challenges, and offer the most suitable
Mitzvah product solutions.
● Share presentations, technical documents, and custom quotations to support the
decision-making process.
● Handle objection handling, negotiations, and order closure with precision and
professionalism.
● Maintain up-to-date lead records, proposal statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM
system.
● Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production timelines, and delivery
schedules.
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales conversion and closure targets.
Skills Required:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
● Proven ability to drive B2B closures with follow-up discipline and urgency.
● Comfort in explaining technical concepts in a simple, solution-oriented manner.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and proposal documentation.
● Confidence in dealing with corporate procurement, influencers, and consultants.
● Highly organized, accountable, and goal-driven.
