Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and
cold calling.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
● Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
● Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
● Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
● 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Education Sector.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
