Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new opportunities via cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries; research potential clients.
Sales Engagement: Conduct remote product/service presentations and demos; explain features and benefits.
Closing Deals: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems diligently.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide market feedback.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer existing customers additional products/services.
