Shop4Smile is a fast-growing dental e-commerce and distribution brand offering advanced dental equipment, materials, and accessories to clinics and colleges across India. We aim to make dentistry more efficient through affordable prices, quick delivery, and expert product guidance.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role involves working closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Handle inbound inquiries from dentists, clinics, and distributors via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable dental products or equipment.
Maintain daily records of calls, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM.
Share product information, offers, and new launches with clients.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts for order processing and payments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in trade exhibitions if required.
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or science background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (medical/dental field preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling customer queries and objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets).
Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
Prior experience in dental / medical equipment sales.
Familiarity with dental products and brand names (e.g., Mani, Medency, Surgident).
