A telecaller for an immigration firm is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to explain visa services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for consultations with immigration counselors. This role also involves handling inbound calls to answer inquiries, providing information on visa requirements, and maintaining client records in a database or CRM system. Key skills include strong communication, customer-centricity, and the ability to meet targets. 

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration services and schedule appointments.

• Explain visa requirements, application procedures, and required documentation clearly and accurately.

• Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to inquiries about immigration processes.

• Assist clients with filling out forms and completing documentation.

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records in a CRM or database.

• Schedule appointments for clients with immigration counselors or visa experts.

• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Handle and resolve client complaints professionally. 

Required skills and qualifications
