The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through corporate room sales, banquet & event bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). The role includes client acquisition, relationship management, sales strategy, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and develop new corporate accounts.
Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients for repeat business.
Prepare and present corporate rate proposals & contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property walkthroughs.
Handle inquiries for conferences, social events, weddings, and corporate functions.
Prepare event proposals, costing, and customized packages.
Coordinate with banquet operations team for smooth event execution.
Cross-sell rooms with banquet/event bookings.
Target MICE agents, corporate houses, and event planners.
Create MICE packages and promotional offers.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions & networking events.
Grow MICE business through strategic approach & industry connections.
Plan monthly and quarterly sales activities.
Track competitor rates, promotions, and market trends.
Maintain rate parity and support online sales strategies.
Develop new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Build strong long-term relations with key accounts.
Conduct regular follow-ups and client retention activities.
Maintain updated client database in CRM.
Collaborate with front office, reservations, banquet, and finance teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Attend internal and external sales meetings.
