Job description:
Visit homeowners, landowners, and potential clients to generate leads and promote the company’s construction services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and prepare accurate project proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Present and explain construction solutions, pricing, and timelines clearly to clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility.
