4+ years of experience in hospitality sales, wellness resorts, luxury club memberships, or similar domains.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Highly self-driven, energetic, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
Experience in working closely with marketing teams to build brand strategy is a strong plus.
Willing to travel occasionally to the Dehradun resort and other client sites, if required.
