An Export Sales Executive is responsible for managing the international sales of goods and services. The role involves promoting products to overseas clients, handling export documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and international customers.
Identify and develop new international markets for products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
Handle export sales orders, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other necessary documents.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with logistics companies for the timely shipment of goods.
Monitor export sales targets and achieve business growth.
Resolve customer queries regarding product details, shipping, payments, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, quality control) to fulfil export orders smoothly.

Experience in the Food Industry or Confectionery Industry
