The primary role of an E-Commerce Sales is to boost product sales on online platforms and support the company’s digital marketing efforts. This role involves attracting customers via digital sales channels, processing orders, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets.
✅ Product Listing on Online Sales Platforms:
Listing products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Snapdeal, etc.
Uploading product images, writing accurate descriptions, and updating specifications.
✅ Order Processing & Customer Handling:
Receiving, confirming, and processing online orders.
Responding to customer queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
✅ Support Digital Marketing Efforts:
Assisting in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads campaigns.
Running promotional campaigns via social media to boost sales.
✅ Product Pricing & Inventory Management:
Conducting market research to set competitive product pricing.
Monitoring inventory, updating stock regularly.
✅ Sales Reporting & Data Analysis:
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyzing sales data and providing insights for management decision-making.
✅ Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintaining communication with existing customers.
Implementing strategies to acquire new customers.
Experience with E-Commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Panel, Shopify, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Graduation ( B.Com, BBA, or any other relevant field)
