Job Title: Educational Counsellor (Female)

Location: Ambattur
Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office)

Job Description

We are looking for a Female Educational Counsellor who can guide students regarding courses, exam preparation and career opportunities. The counsellor will be responsible for handling enquiries, converting leads, and providing complete support to students throughout the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries about courses.

• Explain course details, fees, syllabus, batch timings, and career scope.

• Counsel students based on their interests and goals (TNPSC / Banking / SSC / RRB / NEET / Others as applicable).

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into admissions.

• Maintain student database and update records.

• Coordinate with faculty, admin, and management regarding student requirements.

• Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Attend meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Any degree (UG/PG).

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.

• Ability to understand student needs and provide proper guidance.

• Freshers/Experienced both can apply.

• Experience in education counselling is an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)
