We are seeking a motivated and passionate Education Counsellor to join our growing team. As an intern, you will play a key role in assisting students and parents in making informed decisions about academic programs, career paths, and admissions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to students and parents about various academic programs, courses, colleges, and career opportunities

• Manage walk-in, call, and online inquiries with professionalism and clarity

• Follow up with potential students through phone calls, messages, and emails

• Maintain accurate student records using spreadsheets or CRM systems

• Assist in converting student inquiries into successful admissions

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and institutional outreach activities

• Support the team in achieving monthly admission targets

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic CRM software

• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn
