Job Description:
Pertinax Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and experienced Counsellor to promote and convert leads for our Digital Marketing course. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven background in counselling, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our digital marketing course

·         Counsel and guide potential students regarding course benefits, structure, and career outcomes

·         Achieve sales targets through lead conversion and follow-ups

·         Maintain and update student database

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

·         Attend walk-ins and schedule counseling sessions

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2–5 years of experience in counseling  (preferably in the education sector)

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Target-oriented mindset

·         Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
