We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and company’s own online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, account management, lead handling, client interaction, order fulfillment, and driving overall sales performance through online channels.
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART and other marketplaces.
Handle B2B leads from IndiaMART – respond promptly, negotiate, and close deals.
Execute strategies to increase visibility, ranking, and sales on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for order processing & timely dispatches.
Track daily sales, returns, payments, and generate performance reports.
Manage product pricing, promotions, campaigns, and discounts to stay competitive.
Maintain healthy relationships with e-commerce account managers.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maximize revenue & profitability.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Support digital marketing efforts to boost online presence and conversions.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART CRM, and other marketplaces.
Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and generate reports.
Problem-solving mindset with a target-oriented approach.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in E-commerce Sales / Online Marketplace Management.
Prior experience with Amazon / Flipkart / IndiaMART sales is highly desirable.
Monthly sales targets achieved across platforms.
Lead conversion ratio (IndiaMART & B2B sales).
Reduction in return rates & customer complaints.
Growth in product visibility and ranking.
On-time order fulfillment & customer satisfaction.
